Email shangles2003@gmail.com and include what happened, your callsign, and the party code if you have it. We usually reply within a couple of days.
Common questions
How many players do I need?
4 to 10, all on their own iPhones. One person hosts a party and shares the 6-character code.
The lobby says "waiting for crew."
Everyone must tap Ready Up, and you need at least 4 players before the host can launch.
Someone lost connection mid-game.
Reopening the app returns them to the current mission — game state lives on the server.
How do I change my callsign?
Settings → Callsign.
How do I delete my account?
Settings → Delete Account. It's immediate and permanent. You can also email us and we'll do it for you.
